Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's financial strategy and ensure alignment with overall business objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insightful financial models, forecasts, and performance reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the company's treasury function, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk mitigation to optimize financial resources.
  • Direct the accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, compliance with regulatory requirements, and robust internal controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Holds a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent, showcasing expertise in financial reporting and auditing.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Exhibits experience within a multinational corporation (MNC) with exposure to diverse business environments and financial regulations.
