Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Group leadership, the Group Finance Director will assume responsibility for overseeing the financial management, governance, and strategic finance function across all group entities. The position carries a strong transformation mandate, including leading the completion of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, supporting the organization s IPO readiness agenda, and strengthening the governance, controls, and reporting infrastructure required for a mature institutional environment.
The role will work closely with executive leadership and shareholders, providing strategic financial insight, driving operational discipline, and ensuring the group is positioned to support future growth, investment activity, and capital market objectives. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group finance function across all subsidiaries and operating entities.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes at group level.
- Oversee the successful completion and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across the organization.
- Support the group s IPO readiness initiatives, including governance enhancement, internal controls, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain consolidated financial reporting structures aligned with IFRS and listed-company standards.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
- Lead treasury, banking relationships, and financing activities across the group structure.
- Manage engagement with auditors, advisors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
- Ensure full compliance with ZATCA requirements and all applicable Saudi financial regulations.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Deliver financial insights and operational recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant exposure within holding groups or multi-entity organizations.
- Prior experience operating at Group Finance Director, Finance Director, Deputy CFO, or equivalent senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated involvement in IPO preparation or public-market readiness initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
- Professional qualification required: CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and the Saudi financial and compliance landscape.
- Proven experience managing banking relationships and structuring financing or credit facilities.
- Ability to engage confidently with executive leadership, Boards, and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with operational and transformation capability.
- Saudi nationals are strongly preferred. GCC nationals with substantial Saudi market experience may also be considered.
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
