Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee group-wide financial operations across multiple hospitality entities

Ensure financial control, compliance, and risk management across all business units

Drive financial strategy and performance improvement initiatives

Lead the finance team, mentoring and developing talent in a multicultural environment

Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency, staff satisfaction, and wellness programs

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in hardship or remote locations experience in Africa is highly desirable

Strong background in managing multiple business units within the hospitality industry

Expertise across all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire an international workforce

Highly creative in staff satisfaction, wellness, and engagement initiatives

Strong strategic and operational finance skills, able to partner effectively with executive leadership

Excellent communication and leadership presence at group level
