Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including the production of financial reports, financial statements, and budgets.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyze financial data and trends and make recommendations to management.
  • Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience from 10 to 12 Years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional integrity and ethical standards in handling financial matters.
