Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coach large group fitness classes on a daily basis

2. Deliver Personal Training as required

3. To ensure a high energy and enthusiasm for every class delivered

4. To follow or create the required programming for each class

5. To follow all management directions and guidelines at all times

6. Ensuring that the brand reputation and identity of the Club is upheld at all times

7. Working within the frameworks, guidelines provided by Management

8. Strictly adhering to the Company Policy at all times

9. Assistance in recruitment and continuous training of all team members

Desired Candidate Profile

The Group Fitness Coach will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of group fitness classes. The Group Fitness Coach will be required to handle multiple classes each day, as well as handle large crowds in each class.

The Group Fitness Coach will need to either program for their fitness classes, or follow the program set for such fitness classes.

The Group Fitness Coach will also be required to deliver a high level of Personal Training services to clients outside of the group fitness coaching.

It is expected that all Group Fitness Coaches have a high standard of personal fitness, and can deliver fun, energetic, and positive fitness classes that achieve great fitness results for Club Members.
