Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead global leadership development programs (L1 L3)
- Enhance performance management and succession planning
- Build high-potential (HiPo) and talent-sharing frameworks
- Collaborate with CHRO and Executive Leadership Team to drive HR transformation
- Align talent strategies with overall business goals
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: 15+ years of experience in HR and talent management
Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation projects
Experience working in complex multinational matrix organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Background in maritime, transportation, or industrial sectors preferred
