Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the collection, management, and analysis of HRIS data across multiple hospital departments and locations.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS platform, implementing regular audits and quality checks.
  • Develop and generate comprehensive HR reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making for senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and departmental teams to identify data needs and optimize HRIS functionalities.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HRIS processes, workflows, and system upgrades.
  • Train and mentor HR staff and end-users on HRIS best practices, data entry, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and hospital policies related to employee information.
  • Analyze workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for HRIS maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and analytical expertise.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in HRIS data analysis, HR analytics, or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and HRIS platforms.
  • Proven experience in generating HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with data privacy regulations and HR data security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS software, and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience supervising a small team.
