Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all Kids Club hosts and ensure smooth daily operations
- Design, plan, and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities aligned with Six Senses values
- Create a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere inspired by wellness and nature
- Prepare and organize activity spaces, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready
- Maintain strong understanding of emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
- Report health, safety, or operational concerns to the Director of Operations
- Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently following resort policies
- Uphold Six Senses service standards, guest satisfaction expectations, and LQA requirements
- Engage positively with parents and children to create memorable family experiences

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant teaching qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or children-focused hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and storytelling methodologies
- Proficient in MS Office with basic knowledge of POS, PMS, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of kids learning trends and environmental programs
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Creative, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children
