Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily greenhouse operations for tomato production.

  • Oversee irrigation, fertigation, and climate control systems inside the greenhouse.

  • Monitor and control EC, pH, and drain management to maintain optimal growing conditions.

  • Track plant health, crop performance, and productivity on a daily basis.

  • Coordinate and supervise greenhouse labor activities and daily operational tasks.

  • Implement and follow IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practices within the greenhouse environment.

  • Identify crop issues proactively and take corrective actions to maintain production targets.

  • Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards across greenhouse production activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in Hydroponic Tomato Production.
• Previous experience working in High-Tech Greenhouses or controlled environment agriculture projects.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Greenhouse operations

  • Climate control systems

  • Irrigation & fertigation

  • EC / pH / Drain management

  • IPM inside greenhouse production
    • Experience supervising greenhouse labor teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and crop management skills.
    • Good communication and reporting abilities.
