Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize the sales and marketing funnel, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement to drive conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests across various marketing channels (e.g., email, landing pages, ads) to enhance campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in analytical methodologies.
  • Possesses 2-3 years of proven experience in a growth analyst or marketing analyst role, demonstrating practical application of skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel, enabling effective data manipulation and interpretation.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
