Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Design and execute creative lead generation experiments across multiple channels
- Build partnerships and BD opportunities from scratch
- Own cold outreach campaigns and refine messaging based on results
- Explore guerrilla marketing tactics, community building, and content-led growth
- Track, analyze, and report on what's working (and what isn't)
- Work directly with founders to shape growth strategy
Desired Candidate Profile
What Success Looks Like:
- High agency and ownership - you see problems and solve them without being asked
- Relentless experimentation mindset with bias toward action
- Resourcefulness in achieving goals with limited budget
- Clear communication of learnings and results
- 0-2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business development.
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality with examples of initiative-taking (side projects, campus entrepreneurship, personal brand building).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, content).
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with AI tools or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of SEO, Paid Advertising, or Cold Outreach.
- Previous startup experience or entrepreneurial ventures.
