Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Market Development & Pipeline: Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Data & AI opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients in KSA. Identify and prioritize target accounts in sectors such as government, financial services, telecom, retail, and manufacturing. Run structured outbound motions, including events, workshops, campaigns, and partner co-selling.
  • Sales & Account Growth: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for small and mid-sized deals while supporting senior leaders on large, strategic pursuits. Collaborate with NeoStats solution teams to shape proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial offers. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
  • Partner & Ecosystem Engagement: Build strong relationships with hyperscalers, particularly Microsoft Azure teams in KSA. Drive co-sell and co-marketing motions with partners, including joint account planning and utilization of market development funds (MDF). Nurture partnerships with ISVs, data platforms, and ecosystem players to expand NeoStats’ reach.
  • Go-to-Market & Positioning: Localize NeoStats’ Data & AI offerings for the Saudi market, aligned with national priorities and regulations. Support events, roundtables, webinars, and workshops with partners and clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to create case studies and localized content for KSA.
  • Internal Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with delivery and solution teams to ensure commitments sold are feasible and delivered successfully. Provide structured market feedback to shape NeoStats’ offerings and pricing for the region. Operate with a startup mindset to experiment, iterate, and improve sales strategies in KSA.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Nationality: Saudi National (mandatory).
  • Experience: 3–7 years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships within technology, cloud, or data & analytics sectors; OR consulting/account management roles with strong commercial responsibilities.
  • ·Technical Expertise: Strong exposure to cloud/hyperscaler ecosystems (Microsoft Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also relevant) and Data & AI services.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in pipeline generation, meeting sales targets, and managing multiple accounts and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level, IT, and business stakeholders. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working closely with Microsoft (e.g., as a partner or in a co-sell motion). Familiarity with Saudi public sector and regulated industries. Understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 priorities and how Data & AI support national transformation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
