Roles & Responsibilities
Morgan Philips Executive Search is mandated by an international Tech player to assist in recruiting a Growth & Market Development Manager (F/H), based in Casablanca.
This position is at the heart of the development strategy of a digital solution deployed in many international markets, with the mission of driving the growth of the user base, go-to-market performance and the deployment of offers at the local level.
Scope of the function
Growth & Performance: Define and drive the growth strategy (acquisition, activation, engagement, revenues) at the market level, monitor key KPIs and arbitrate high-impact initiatives.
Offer Development: Structure product offerings and activation plans in synergy with the product teams, and contribute to the alignment between central strategy and field reality.
Market Management: Mobilize local teams, manage country action plans, and ensure the sharing of best practices between markets.
Management: Lead Growth and Market Success teams, and coordinate with Product, Marketing and Data teams.
Performance indicators
Success is measured by the progress of the active user base, the effectiveness of activation plans, the performance of deployed offers and the contribution to generated revenues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Top engineering or business school, or equivalent Bac+5.
Experience: 8+ years in growth, business development or market development in digital environments, with proven experience in multi-country contexts.
Leadership: Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and maintain a course of performance in complex environments.
Analytical & Operational: You combine rigorous data analysis with the ability to execute on the ground. You know how to concretely leverage growth opportunities with local teams.
Languages: Fluent French and English required.
