- Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.

- Use a data-driven approach to identify high-potential growth channels and opportunities.

- Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email, social media, content marketing, etc.), continuously testing and iterating to improve performance.

- Drive A/B and multivariate testing to refine and optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience.

- Collaborate with the product, analytics, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

- Create a reporting framework to measure and analyze key growth metrics, sharing insights and actionable recommendations with the team.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in growth marketing, implementing best practices and innovative tactics.

- Own the marketing funnel and continuously work on optimizing each stage

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.

- Proven track record of executing successful growth marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills to measure and scale the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.

- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).

- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data insights in the development of marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
