Your Mission

Drive user acquisition and platform adoption through community-led growth, partnerships, and influencer activation. Youll craft our brand, build multi-channel content, and engineer viral loops across the hiring and learning journey.

What Youll Own

• Launch employer campaigns and refer-to-earn job seeker incentives.
• Build UpStars community of Rising Stars, run cohorts, and promote leaderboards & badges.
• Drive content flywheels, LinkedIn storytelling, SEO for learning paths, newsletter growth, and case studies.
• Experiment with growth loops powered by gamification, L&D integrations, and certification partnerships.
• Forge partnerships with universities, bootcamps, LMS platforms, and employer brands.
