Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on Customer Value Management (CVM) and consumer finance products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth marketing and CVM initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing tactics, including email, SMS, social media, and paid advertising, to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Drive adoption of consumer finance solutions through targeted campaigns, educational content, and customer journey optimization.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Continuously test, measure, and refine marketing strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting consumer finance and retail marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, customer value management, or consumer finance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and finance.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Familiarity with the retail or financial services industry is a plus.
