Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on Customer Value Management (CVM) and consumer finance products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and financial targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth marketing and CVM initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing tactics, including email, SMS, social media, and paid advertising, to maximize reach and ROI.
- Drive adoption of consumer finance solutions through targeted campaigns, educational content, and customer journey optimization.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine marketing strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting consumer finance and retail marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, customer value management, or consumer finance marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and finance.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Familiarity with the retail or financial services industry is a plus.
