At Revolut, we re building a leading product and brand that's innovative, easy-to-use, and accessible to everyone. Our Growth team is the engine that (as you'd expect) drives Revolut s growth across the globe.
This role sits within our Organic Growth team, working with the Revolut Business team to grow Revolut Business through SEO, helping entrepreneurs and businesses discover and choose our platform for their financial needs. Revolut Business is our B2B product serving freelancers, SMEs, and large companies across multiple markets.
We re thrilled to be adding a Growth Marketer that is specialised in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be developing a B2B SEO strategy to move our acquisition funnel to the next level.
What you'll be doing
• Developing and implementing a B2B SEO strategy aligned with business goals
• Conducting keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for B2B
• Implementing on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, headers, and internal linking
• Conducting technical SEO audits and resolving issues affecting crawlability and indexability
• Developing SEO-friendly content that attracts, engages and converts our target audience
• Executing a link-building plan to gain high-quality backlinks
• Reporting on SEO metrics and executing actionable improvements
• Monitoring and analysing competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Keeping abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
• Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure SEO efforts are integrated with overall business goals
• Using SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for research, audits, and performance tracking
What you'll need
• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated SEO role with a strong focus on B2B
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• A track record of delivering SEO strategies that drive measurable results
• Excellent technical SEO skills, including website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimisation
• Expertise in keyword research and B2B search term identification
• Solid understanding of content marketing principles and how SEO integrates with content strategy
• Experience with various SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, combined with an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset
Nice to have
• A proven track record in driving organic acquisition for B2B
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience in the FinTech or banking industries with a focus on B2B
