Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
GSAS Specialist
- Ensure project compliance with GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System) requirements
- Coordinate GSAS documentation during design and construction phases
- Review designs, specifications, and materials for sustainability compliance
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and GSAS authorities
- Support GSAS submissions, reviews, and certification processes
- Conduct sustainability assessments and performance evaluations
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to GSAS criteria
- Prepare reports and maintain sustainability documentation
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a GSAS Specialist on building projects
- Strong knowledge of GSAS guidelines and certification processes
- Experience in sustainability design review and construction supervision
- Consultancy or supervision experience is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Candidate must be in Qatar
