Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
MISSIONS :
The GSM-R and Telecoms Assistant Engineer will be under the responsibility of the Telecoms - GSMR Lot Manager.
He must ensure that all tasks related to the GSM-R and Telecoms lot along the conventional (TVE) and high-speed lines of Kenitra Marrakech are carried out in accordance with the PPLG quality scheme and the project master schedule.
This mission is divided into eleven main aspects:
Pilotage march GSM-R- SIG/T l com :
- He will be responsible, along with the head of Lot GSM-R and tl com, for monitoring the tl communications services carried out by the GSM-R signaling/tl coms system markets.
- He will carry out the control of the studies referred to and filed under GED by the manufacturer
- He will give his opinion on the basic diagrams of telecommunications and the general architecture of telecommunications networks.
- He will lead the external control teams to guarantee the quality of execution.
- He will monitor and compile weekly and monthly reports for the Lot T l coms - GSMR manager
Design and specification control
- He will verify that the design produced by the manufacturer and filed in the document management system is consistent with the project.
- He will verify that the design created by the manufacturer and submitted via the EDM system is approved by the MOEI
- He will monitor visas and ensure that the design schedule is respected, and will report to the Lot GSM-R/T manager.
- He will ensure that visas for foreign nationals are issued.
- He will ensure that the schedule of steps with external companies (ONE) is respected by the industrialist.
- He will participate in the management of the interfaces during the design phase, relying on the Interfaces Manager.
Quality services
- He will write with the manager of the GSM-R/tl com Lot and will follow the AMO control plan
- He will verify the application of the engineering procedures and rules established by the manufacturers for the execution of the work
- He will verify the implementation of the procedure for identifying, processing and debriefing non-conformities.
Safety and work file executed for transfer to maintenance
- He will oversee the monitoring and verification for the creation of the security file and DOE
- Will attend meetings for the preparation of the security file
- He will verify the completeness of the as-built documentation and ensure the transfer of installations and maintenance documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Extensive experience and solid knowledge of the GSM/R and telecom network, from design to implementation, enabling the successful conduct of design meetings.
Proactive in proposing solutions and providing support to the GSM/R and telecom Market Manager. Strong
analytical, control, and reporting skills.
Ability to lead meetings and write meeting minutes.
Excellent analytical, synthesis, advisory, and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and methodical approach.
Ability to communicate and work effectively in multidisciplinary and multinational teams and networks, integrating the constraints of other professions and applicable Moroccan regulations, and proposing optimized and innovative solutions.
