Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Growth Management: Owns the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to final execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligns with internal stakeholders to ensure that promised solutions meet technical realities and delivery timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifies potential market shifts or competitor movements, driving scenario planning to safeguard the sales pipeline.
- Business Optimization: Continuously refines the business development toolkit to improve conversion rates and improve the sales cycle.
- Analytical & Problem-solving skills: Able to visualize the data and find the operational root cause and prpose the optimal solutions.
- Innovation Execution: Coordinate with business groups, demand planners and sales teams for new product launches.
- Exports Plan & Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination and communication with exports team on exports demand
- Master Data Health: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support planning accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- +5 years of FMCG experience
- Engineering or Supply Chain Bachelors Degree
- Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office.

- Financial Acumen and P&L Mastery.
- Crisis Management.
