Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability beyond just facilitation
Able to own a plan, track progress, and hold teams accountable
Experience working in cross-functional, multi-vendor programme environments
Strong risk and dependency management skills
Comfortable producing clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred
Familiarity with Jira or equivalent agile tooling
PMP or Prince2 knowledge advantageous
