Roles & Responsibilities
As a Guest and Patient Relation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and care at our facility. Your primary duties will involve interacting with patients and guests to provide a warm, welcoming, and positive experience. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, provide vital information, and address any concerns to enhance the overall experience of patients and visitors. Moreover, you will work closely with different departments to streamline processes, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless and efficient operational flow. Your role is essential in cultivating a supportive environment that meets the emotional and logistical needs of all guests and patients. Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential to excel in this dynamic and rewarding position.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and guests promptly upon arrival with empathy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
- Address patient and guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to facilitate services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions.
- Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality and operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in a timely manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests and patients.
- Conduct facility tours to familiarize guests with our services.
- Promote a caring, respectful, and safe environment for everyone.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or hospital operations will be an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, desired.
