Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist guests across check-in, check-out, and general front-office operations

Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate solutions with relevant departments

Provide local area recommendations, hotel services information, and activity highlights

Prepare reports, update records, and support daily operational tasks

Move between multiple service points to maintain smooth guest flow

Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and security standards throughout shift

Maintain professional communication, uniform standards, and personal grooming

Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and follow all policies

Support team members to achieve department targets and service goals

Anticipate guest needs to enhance overall satisfaction

Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors
