Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing, payments, and reports efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, proactive service throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Support operational duties, including handling luggage, room coordination, and VIP arrangements when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous hospitality or front-office experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Positive, guest-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
