Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing, payments, and reports efficiently.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, proactive service throughout their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with guests and colleagues.
  • Support operational duties, including handling luggage, room coordination, and VIP arrangements when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous hospitality or front-office experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
