Position Overview
Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort is looking for a Guest Experience Expert to deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable stay experiences. The role focuses on ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries efficiently, and maintaining the high service standards synonymous with Marriott International.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
* Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
* Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing, payments, and reports efficiently.
* Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, proactive service throughout their stay.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and confidentiality at all times.
* Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with guests and colleagues.
* Support operational duties, including handling luggage, room coordination, and VIP arrangements when needed.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Previous hospitality or front-office experience preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Positive, guest-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.
* Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
