Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall Guest Management department and workflow
  • Define and supervise guest journey strategy from invitation to post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate RSVP processes, invitation tracking and guest database management + coordinate Platform Evolution
  • Supervise seating plans, accreditation strategy and access management with protocol team
  • Manage VIP/VVIP protocols and high-profile stakeholder handling
  • Coordinate with Production, Protocol, Operations, Security and Hospitality teams
  • Supervise guest communication flows and escalation handling
  • Ensure proper staffing structure and onsite guest operations
  • Oversee reporting, guest tracking systems and operational updates
  • Attend planning meetings and align guest operations with overall event strategy
  • Manage crisis situations and last-minute guest changes with discretion and efficiency
  • Define strategy for purchases and follow all the supply chain (hotel, transport, flights)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Strong experience in large-scale events and VIP guest operations
  • Experience managing high-profile and international stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
  • Riyadh-based availability preferred
  • Immediate availability
