About the Role

Join our pre-opening Reservations team as Guest Recognition Specialist at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will manage guest preferences and profiles, ensuring personalized service from the first point of contact through arrival, playing a key role in both the resort s opening preparations and daily operations.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with pre-opening tasks including setting up guest recognition systems, profile databases, and standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain and manage detailed guest profiles and preferences within the reservations system.

  • Ensure all VIP, repeat, and special guests receive personalized attention during the reservation stage and communicate details to operational teams.

  • Review daily arrivals and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure guest expectations are met.

  • Handle pre-arrival correspondence, personalized confirmations, and special guest communications.

  • Monitor and report on guest recognition initiatives and maintain accurate guest records.

  • Support the reservations team by handling calls, emails, and booking requests when required.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by fostering memorable first impressions through the reservations process.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in reservations, guest recognition, or guest services within luxury hospitality, ideally in a pre-opening environment.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating personalized guest experiences.

  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.

  • Experience working with PMS/CRS and guest profile management systems preferred.

  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
