Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Agent (Emirati Talent) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Relation Agent, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel's management system
  • Handle guest complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Promote and upsell hotel services and facilities when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Emirati nationality is required for this position

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE culture, traditions, and local attractions
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest needs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
