Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival at the clinic or hospital.
  • Provide multilingual support to ensure patients understand services and treatment options.
  • Collect and process patient satisfaction forms after visits.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient concerns quickly.
  • Support communication with tour operators, travel agencies, and insurers regarding patient cases.
  • Uphold the company s reputation for premium, patient-first service inside hotels and hospitals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or healthcare customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Russian, Italian) preferred.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in sensitive situations.
