Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival at the clinic or hospital.
- Provide multilingual support to ensure patients understand services and treatment options.
- Collect and process patient satisfaction forms after visits.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient concerns quickly.
- Support communication with tour operators, travel agencies, and insurers regarding patient cases.
- Uphold the company s reputation for premium, patient-first service inside hotels and hospitals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or healthcare customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Russian, Italian) preferred.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in sensitive situations.
