Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train the guest relations team to provide outstanding service to all guests.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve services and address concerns proactively.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • VIP Services: Manage special arrangements for VIP guests, including personalized services and amenities.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of guest interactions and prepare reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
