Guest Relations Agent | Qatar | 5 Star Hotel

A prestigious 5-star hotel in Qatar is looking for an experienced and service-driven GUEST RELATIONS AGENT to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service
  • Promote hotel services and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a luxury hotel is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented personality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
