What You ll Do
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and needs, ensuring timely follow-up for guest satisfaction.
Anticipate guest requirements and provide proactive solutions to enhance their experience.
Address and resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Coordinate arrivals and departures for VIP guests and other special categories.
Facilitate communication between guests and relevant hotel departments.
Promote hotel amenities, special offers, and services to maximize guest engagement.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and special preferences.

Ideal Profile
Previous experience in guest relations or a similar customer-facing role in hospitality preferred.
Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with active listening abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Professional appearance and high level of responsibility.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in German is an advantage.
