Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues or complaints.
- Assist guests with booking reservations and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update customer information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
