What Youll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests and customers with professionalism and warm
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to meet guest needs
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and effectively
  • Support sales team in the sales process
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and suggest improvements
  • Represent the company s values and image in all interactions

Desired Candidate Profile

For:Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

1 3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, hospitality, or customer service

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
