Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements and enhance their experience.
- Keep records of guest interactions and transactions in our database.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding services, activities, and any ongoing promotions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating guest events and special occasions.
- Prepare and manage feedback reports from guests and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Train and supervise junior staff regarding guest service standards and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests to promote loyalty.
- Assist guests with special needs or requests to ensure accessibility and comfort.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and federal laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and provide practical solutions promptly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
