About Madinat Jumeirah:

About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Manager to join Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Prepare arrival lists, assign managers/butlers, conduct curbside check-ins, in-room check-outs, and room inspections
 - Monitor task quality, provide training, conduct appraisals, and ensure adherence to standards and procedures
 - Attend daily meetings, prepare rosters, plan staff vacations, and cover Duty Manager shifts as needed
 - Maintain a strong lobby presence, engage with VIP guests to build rapport, and promptly address their special requests and inquiries
 - Assist with group registrations, special room drops, and hotel tours
 - Follow grooming, health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures per Jumeirah guidelines
 
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years-experience in luxury hotel in Front Office or Guest Relations
 - Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Proficiency in an additional language is preferred, especially Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Russian
