About Madinat Jumeirah:

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Manager to join Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prepare arrival lists, assign managers/butlers, conduct curbside check-ins, in-room check-outs, and room inspections
  • Monitor task quality, provide training, conduct appraisals, and ensure adherence to standards and procedures
  • Attend daily meetings, prepare rosters, plan staff vacations, and cover Duty Manager shifts as needed
  • Maintain a strong lobby presence, engage with VIP guests to build rapport, and promptly address their special requests and inquiries
  • Assist with group registrations, special room drops, and hotel tours
  • Follow grooming, health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures per Jumeirah guidelines

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years-experience in luxury hotel in Front Office or Guest Relations
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in an additional language is preferred, especially Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Russian
