Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Warmly welcome customers, VIP customers, regulars and groups
- To ensure personalized care throughout the clients' day
- Supporting clients with their specific requests
- Maintain an active presence in the various areas of the hotel
- Ensuring the quality of the customer experience at every stage of the day
- Anticipating customer needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Collect customer feedback and follow up on comments
- Managing complaints and claims with professionalism and responsiveness
- Collaborating with the various hotel departments (reception, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, security, etc.)
- Participate in daily operational briefings.
- Participate in customer loyalty.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
- Monitor customer satisfaction platforms.
- Ensuring the application of luxury hotel standards and values
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Minimum Bac +2 (two years of post-secondary education), training in hospitality, tourism, communication, management or a top business school
- Over 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel establishment
- Excellent command of French and English; any other language proficiency would be an asset.
- Knowledge of international luxury hotel standards
Required skills:
- Excellent sense of hospitality and customer service.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Handling difficult situations and complaints.
- Sense of organization and responsiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good presentation and excellent diction.
- Proficiency in computer tools and hotel software.
