Job Description

What you will be doing?

  • Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
  • Deal effectively with any guest comments and or / complaints taking full ownership of the situation
  • To assist the Front Desk, ensuring room changes and Accor Live Limitless member arrivals are carried out smoothly
  • Adhere & hold Agents accountable to adhere to Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Service Essentials for Guest Relations Agent to ensure Guest Satisfaction Results
  • Provide a warm welcome to the guests, and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
  • Keeps an updated record of the guests information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
  • Provides managerial support for Front Desk, Fairmont Gold and Guest Services in the daily operational duties for these areas

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
  • Knowledge in Opera system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
