Core Duties
* Deliver upscale guest service experiences from arrival to departure
* Greet guests upon arrival and oversee check-in and check-out procedures
* Manage reservations, daily bookings, and ensure rooms are prepared on time
* Coordinate luggage collection, storage, and special requests for VIP, elderly, children, and disabled guests
* Monitor guest requests, in-room dining, and promptly resolve issues or complaints
* Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure service consistency
* Promote hotel amenities, dining options, and loyalty programs to guests
* Lead and manage guest relations team, including reception and concierge staff
* Review team performance and prepare regular service reports
* Work closely with housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure a comfortable guest experience
* Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure service standards are upheld
* Analyze guest feedback from reviews and suggest strategies for service improvement
* Maintain strong relationships with regular guests and provide personalized experiences
* Recommend local dining, shopping, and sightseeing options to enhance guest stays
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as Guest Relations Manager or in a senior guest services role within luxury hospitality
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Guest-focused personality with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of front office systems, reservations, and financial transactions
* Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team effectively
* Strong awareness of local attractions, dining, and cultural offerings
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
* Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
