About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join the resort s Nightlife Marketing team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for nightlife/daylife and entertainment guests.
  • Drive bookings, increase average check size, and boost repeat visits through upselling premium tables, bottle service, and experiences.
  • Encourage pre-dining cocktails in lounges and post-dining transitions to nightlife, increasing property-wide revenue.
  • Capture guest information during reservations to grow the CRM database.
  • Work with Private Access teams to ensure all nightlife/daylife guests are handled with proper care and discretion.
  • Leverage guest history and preferences to design tailored packages (gaming, nightlife/daylife, dining).
  • GRMs assist and facilitate Casino Hosts/Player Development and Private Access without interfering in casino strategy.
  • GRMs maintain open communication with Casino Hosts, ensuring shared visibility into preferences, play history (where permissible), and event attendance.
  • Nightlife/daylife spend thresholds (VIP tables, bottle service, private experiences).
  • Nightlife/daylife data (URvenue, POS) syncs weekly with Patron/CMS to identify cross play opportunities and inform segmentation.
  • Support personalized invitations, on-site hosting, and post-event follow-up.
  • Total wallet capture across gaming, nightlife/daylife, and dining.
  • Post event ROI analysis highlighting new-to-gaming conversions.
  • Coordinate with dining managers to identify VIPs and ensure continuity across venues.
  • Support themed dining events and seasonal campaigns through guest outreach.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing preferred.
  • Advanced certifications in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or CRM analytics highly valued.
  • Minimum 5 7 years experience in nightlife, luxury hospitality, or gaming guest services.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing guest relations or VIP services.
  • Proven ability to grow and maintain large-scale guest databases with measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience hosting UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) guests and VIP clientele in luxury settings.
  • Strong background in cross-department collaboration (marketing, gaming, dining, entertainment).
  • International hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced CRM and data analytics proficiency (URvenue or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of generating revenue through upselling and guest relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage guest preferences and deliver personalized service.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and professional presentation.
  • English fluency is mandatory; multilingual ability (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, European languages) strongly preferred.
