About The Role

As a Guest Relations Manager at White Beach, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with new and existing clients, e xecuting the servicing of the clients by networking, socializing, and hosting, targeting and confirming various groups for hosting events at White Beach and building guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability.

You will demonstrate a deep knowledge and passion for the brand you represent and play an active role in building and managing the guest database, working closely with the PR and marketing teams to communicate any upcoming activity to the market, including special events, initiatives, and promotions. This role requires someone who is immaculately presented and an exceptional communicator who comfortably, positively, and professionally interacts with those around them.

About You

The successful candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry, guest experience and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment. Willing to work flexible hours, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
