Roles & Responsibilities

As a Guest Relations Officer, your main goal is to ensure our guests feel warmly welcomed and valued throughout their stay. You ll greet our VIP and long-term guests, assist with special requests, and proactively resolve any concerns, serving as a vital link between guests and our hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with guests before their arrival to prepare for their needs and make them feel special right from the start

  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests during their stay, ensuring they have everything they need

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service

  • Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Work closely with teams like Housekeeping and Concierge to ensure that all guest's preferences are met

  • Keep guest profiles updated in our system to offer them the best possible experience

  • Previous experience in guest relations or front office work is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to service

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with kindness and professionalism

  • Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems is an advantage

  • Proficiency in an additional widely spoken language would be an advantage
