Position Overview
Accor is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join its premier team in Cairo. In this guest-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for hotel visitors, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and memorable stay from check-in to departure. You ll deliver personalized hospitality while supporting cross-functional coordination to enhance guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Position Overview Guest Experience and Front Desk Coordination
The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, managing check-in/check-out processes, and coordinating service delivery with various departments. This position plays a critical role in creating lasting impressions and delivering Accor s brand of responsible hospitality.
What You ll Do
* Greet guests with warmth upon arrival and provide tailored assistance during check-in and check-out
* Offer knowledgeable insights into hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
* Handle special requests including room upgrades, celebrations, or reservations
* Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure prompt guest service
* Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and ensure continuous service improvement
* Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage room reservations using Opera or related PMS
* Uphold safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all guest touchpoints
* Follow up post-stay to ensure a positive guest experience and build long-term loyalty
Ideal Profile
* Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or similar front office role
* Background in customer service or hospitality operations
* Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
* Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
* Friendly, solution-oriented personality with a calm demeanor under pressure
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service and representing the hotel s values
