As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be the face of our organization and play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding experience for our guests. Your warm, welcoming smile and friendly demeanor will set the tone for visitors from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will have the opportunity to connect with people from various walks of life and ensure they feel valued and well-treated. Your duties will involve promptly resolving guest inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting guests with any special requests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any special requests they have.
- Maintain an accurate record of guest preferences and feedback.
- Provide information about facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
- Handle guest transactions and billing with accuracy and discretion.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and continually strive to enhance service.
- Report and handle any security or emergency issues according to protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality guest service consistently.
- Promote and upsell services and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a guest relations or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage various guest requests efficiently.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with booking systems.
