Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, providing accurate information about hospital services, facilities, and procedures.
- Assist patients and visitors with navigation throughout the hospital, including escorting them to various departments as needed.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback in accordance with hospital policies.
- Support the implementation of hospital policies related to guest services, privacy, and safety.
- Facilitate special requests for patients and visitors, such as arranging transportation, accommodations, or translation services.
- Monitor and manage the guest waiting areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and adherence to hospital standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance guest relations skills and stay updated on hospital protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
- Proficiency in using office software and hospital information systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hospital operations.( Males are preferred)
