Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Adopt a friendly, helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests
Assist guests with their business center needs
Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
Maintain close working co-operation with other departments
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
