Job description
Under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office and Guest Service Managers and following the established policies of the Hotel and the OSM (Manual of Operational Standards), his responsibilities are to supervise the activities of the front office and Guest services agents as well as the Hunters - Driver in order to ensure that guests get a good first impression of our property and reach the person they are looking for.
Oversee the management of communication exchanges within the hotel with speed and efficiency, ensuring that all correspondence reaches its rightful destination.
Supervise, manage and plan activities related to the front office and guest service before, during and at the end of the stay including technical operations, systems management, processing of guest requests.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

- Quality of service essential
- similar experience is a plus
- Proficiency in customer
reception - Coordinate with the luggage department.
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints.
- Fluency in English / French
