Requirements:
Must be currently based in the UAE
Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred
Proficient in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Opera or other PMS systems is an advantage
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
