Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing an exceptional first impression.
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Coordinate reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest preferences.
* Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
* Handle billing, payments, and documentation accurately.
* Communicate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
* Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
* Uphold brand standards and deliver service excellence aligned with IHG values.
* Anticipate guest needs and personalize service for returning clients and VIPs.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French) are an advantage.
* Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera PMS preferred.
* Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
