- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations smoothly.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities.
- Address guest concerns and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow front office standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front-of-house role.
- Should be presentable and well-groomed.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
